Do I need to buy labcoat before going into housemanship?

Yes, however it depend on where you are going for posting. Certain hospital does not need to wear their labcoat such as in HUSM. However most of the other hospital need labcoat.

How many labcoat do i need to have?

At least 2, because you do not have any time to wash it.

Where can i buy a ready made labcoat?

Have you heard KAMAL BOOKSTORE. You can get labcoat with many pockets there at RM48/pieces. Size range from SS to XL.

*many pockets as there are 2 large pocket at the bottom out, 1 small pocket above left side, 1 hidden small pocket inside the large pocket and 1 hidden large pocket inside at the left of the labcoat.

I also try to ask regarding the price for tailor made labcoat near bangi area. Most of them gave range of price from RM60 to maximum of RM120 per pieces. The price is just for tailoring not including fabric price. SO EXPENSIVE.

Before that i try to contact IMAX Enterprise because from searching through google, i found that it is located in Bandar Baru Bangi and selling labcoat with others medical equipment. I try to message, whatsapp, wechat the number given. However there were no reply. I guest the company went bankrupt.
